We will deliver the products you ordered to the address you provide in our checkout page. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing your order, as we are unable to reroute packages.
Once your order is shipped we will notify you with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Your order will be fully trackable, insured, and a signature will be required on delivery, at which point the responsibility of the purchased goods passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes ( for example as a gift ) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the individual in question is evidence of delivery and the transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Once we have advised you of the tracking details for your order, it is your responsibility to follow this up. Please note that if the shipping company returns the order to us following one or more unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will charge postage to re-deliver.
If you do not receive the products ordered within 10 days of the date on which you ordered them, notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the products.
If you live outside the EU you may be liable for local import taxes in your home country. Those Taxes and duties are your responsibility, also it is your responsibility to contact the local authorities to check if it is possible to import and use the products and/or services that you plan to order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
However, you must first contact us and get our approval of return. No refunds or replacement will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
Products must be returned with their purchase invoice, in their original condition and packaging, with the identification tag still attached.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damage or defects or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you can ask for a replacement within 14 working days of the delivery of the goods.
We don’t operate a standard exchange service, if you want to exchange your item with a different one, you have to ask for a refund than place a new order in our e-store.
To return a product send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning ‘Returns Request’ in the subject heading and giving us your name, contact details, order number, reasons for return and whether you request replacement or refund.
Receipt of products showing obvious damage to the products or packaging must be recorded in writing on the accompanying shipment documentation at the time of delivery. Images of packaging and damages must be sent us by email.
Once we will receive your email, we will send you an authorization number and you must then return the goods to us within 14 days.
You are responsible for any shipping charges incurring in returning the products, as for damage or loss of the items during the return shipping.
You should use a trackable shipping service. Otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as “RETURNED GOOD OF ITALIAN MERCHANDISE – OF NON COMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent them being held at Italian customs. Any custom charges incurred will be at your charge.
Customers form outside the EU should fill in 3 copies of the Returns Proforma invoice with item descriptions and unit values. These forms are necessary for Customs clearance and will have to be handed to the couriers. Please email us at email@example.com to receive an empty copy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If return is due to damage or defectiveness caused by you, we will not be able to provide any replacement or refund.
In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your charge. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
If you are approved, we will either replace the products or refund the price (as you request).
For refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 30 days.
All international refunds will be refunded for the equivalent amount taken in Euro on the original order. Owing to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate this may result in a difference between the refunded amount and the original price. Customs duties, sales tax on imports, handling cost that were charged by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded.
If you haven’t received a refund after 60 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will not accept or pay for any invoices sent by third parties for the repairing of defective products.
